[...] We make our decisions objectively, based only on the quality of our work. No portfolios, declarations, or previous involvement in the arts are necessary. No matter where they come from or what they've done in the past, all artists are given the same opportunities for gaining International art grants. ​ [...] Anyone aged 18 or older from any country is eligible to apply. Artists under 18 must submit a signed NOC from a parent or guardian. We welcome emerging, amateur, and established artists to submit their original artworks along with an updated resume, biography, and artist statement.
