National Endowment for the Arts logo National Endowment for the Arts logo Close search # PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT GRANTS ## Grant Program Summary The National Endowment for the Arts’ (NEA) State & Regional Partnership Agreement grants are awarded to the nation’s 56 state and jurisdictional arts agencies (SAAs), and the six regional arts organizations (RAOs) with geographically-defined SAA memberships. Partnership support is also available for national services to the state arts agencies. [...] RAO Partnership Agreement grants are limited to the six U.S. Regional Arts Organizations. The National Services Partnership Agreement grant is limited to non-profit organizations that have a three-year history of arts programming as a membership organization serving state arts agencies and regional arts organizations.
