National Lottery Heritage Grants

The National Lottery Heritage Fund’s National Lottery Heritage Grants’ programme awards funding of up to £10 million to all types of heritage projects in the UK, including applications for our strategic initiatives, from not-for-profit organisations, private owners of a heritage asset and partnerships. [...] The Fund seeks to support projects that connect people and communities to the national, regional and local heritage of the UK. Applicants must demonstrate that the Heritage Fund’s four investment principles from their 10-year strategy, Heritage 2033, have been taken into account. The principles are: saving heritage protecting the environment inclusion, access and participation organisational sustainability [...] For requests up to £250,000, applicants are invited to submit a Project Enquiry to receive feedback on their idea within ten working days. Alternatively applicants are welcome to apply through the Fund’s online service. For applications between £250,001 and £10 million, an expression of interest must be submitted first.
