Division of Arts and Culture Next Deadline: TBA 2026 Grant Period for Next Application Cycle: July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2028 The purpose of the Cultural Endowment Program is to create an endowment matching funds program that will provide operating resources to participating cultural organizations. The Cultural Endowment Program is comprised of two components: Cultural Sponsoring Organization (CSO) designation, and program that will provide operating resources to participating cultural organizations
