NYSCA-A.R.T./New York Creative Opportunity Fund NYSCA and A.R.T./New York are now accepting applications… NYSCA-A.R.T./New York Creative Opportunity Fund NYSCA and A.R.T./New York are now accepting applications for the 2021 NYSCA-A.R.T./New York Creative Opportunity Fund. The grant program will provide general operating grants of $2000 to small professional theatres throughout the state with annual budgets of under $500,000. Applicants do NOT need to be members of A.R.T./New York in order to apply.
