Review Process Part One: Intent to Apply Step 1: Completion and Compliance The grants team reviews submitted intent to apply applications for completeness and compliance with guidelines and application requirements. Incomplete or noncompliant intent to apply applications will not move on to evaluation. Step 2: Evaluation Grant reviewers will evaluate the intent to apply based on the published review criteria and recommend applications to be invited to develop a full grant application.
